आईसीसी वर्ल्ड कप क्वालीफायर 2018 में मंगलवार को कुल चार मैच खेले गए। वेस्टइंडीज के विस्फोटक ओपनर क्रिस गेल का शतक आकर्षण का केंद्र रहा। गेल
 ने यूएई के गेंदबाजों की जमकर धुनाई की और शतकीय पारी के दौरान 11 छक्के जड़े।




अफगानिस्तान ने आईसीसी विश्व कप क्वालिफायर में गुरुवार को सुपर सिक्स मुकाबले में वेस्टइंडीज को तीन विकेट से हराकर बड़ा उलटफेर किया.

4 गेंद बाकी रहते जीत हासिल कर विश्व कप 2019 में जगह बनाने की उम्मीदों को बरकरार रखा है.
गुरुवार को हरारे स्पोर्ट्स क्लब में टॉस जीतकर पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए वेस्टइंडीज की टीम 50 ओवरों में सिर्फ आठ विकेट पर 197 रन ही बना सकी.

अफगानिस्तान के स्पिनरों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया और वेस्टइंडीज को 200 रन भी नहीं बनाने दिए. मैन ऑफ द मैच मुजीब उर रहमान ने 33 रन देकर सबसे
ज्यादा तीन विकेट चटकाए. मोहम्मद नबी ने दो और कप्तान राशिद खान एवं शरफुद्दीन अशरफ ने एक-एक विकेट लिया.
जवाब में अफगानिस्तान की शुरुआत कुछ खास नहीं रही. लेकिन रहमत शाह ने 68 रनों की पारी खेलकर टीम की जीत की उम्मीदों को बनाए रखा. मध्यक्रम में मोहम्मद नबी ने 31 और समीउल्लाह शेनवारी ने 27 रनों का योगदान दिया. अफगानिस्तान ने 47.4 ओवर में सात विकेट खोकर 198 रन बनाकर जीत हासिल कर ली और विश्व कप की उम्मीदों को बरकरार रखा है. वेस्टइंडीज की तरफ से कप्तान जेसन होल्डर ने तीन और डेब्यू मैच खेल रहे कीमो पॉल ने दो विकेट लिए.

Avani Chaturvedi biography.

Avani Chaturvedi is one of the first female fighter pilots of India. She is from Satna district in Madhya Pradesh. She was declared as the first combat pilot along with two of her cohort  Mohana Singh and Bhawana Kanth. The trio was inducted into the Indian Air Force fighter squadron in June 2016.
